Display of messages in the mailbox
Here you can find out how incoming, answered, forwarded, high-priority and low-priority messages (e-mail, SMS, fax) are displayed in your mailbox.
Messages may be displayed differently in your mailbox depending on their state:
- (1) as read
- (2) contains one or more attachments (here 2 attachments)
- (3) as answered
- (4) low priority (from sender)
- (5) high priority (from sender)
- (6) marked as forwarded
- (7) marked as important
- (8) as unread
Of course, the representations can also appear in combination! For example, an unread message that you have marked as important is displayed in bold with a letter icon in blue.
